- Whatever you do, do not get an Epson. They will rob you. Legally.
- As a computer consultant for many years who has evaluated and recommended hardware to corporations, my first pick in an inkjet would be an epson. They have the best warranty in the industry and you can find free ink. The best deal in a photo printer is the Epson Artisan 800 refurb direct from epson.com for $98 under clearance. It's a wireless copier/scanner/fax/photo/CD printer with 6 individual ink cartridges for high photo quality. For two years, Epson will fedex a replacement and pick up the old one should you need it. I just bought three of these, two for clients and one for myself. If that's beyond your budget there are several models in the $50-$80 range with 1 year warranty like the NX415 and workforce 600. Triple capacity ink cartridges for Epson are under $3 and you can get 7 free cartridges every month at http://www.ccs-digital.com/freeink.asp
- id say kodak for the pics and epson for an all rounder but don't trust what the image is like on the box!!! they always look perfect their then you get it home and prints like any other. but kodak are really good as they are mainly for digital prints and they are especially good if you get photo paper
- Try Epson Printers...it would give you the best results...It has a good quality and best color printers..
