Is there a way to improve my HP laptops gaming ability?

Ok, so I have a HP G60-440US laptop and I want to be able to play fallout 3 specifically. Also I will want it to work for New Vegas and other higher-end games. The problem with that is that my graphics system is so bad that there is no way for this. I was wondering: If there is External graphics cards i could use, which ones would be good enough, and which ones are compatible? Any help is appreciated! I'm not completely useless when it comes to computers, but this problem is too much for me.

Your HP uses integrated graphics and has no slot for an add-on card. I try to warn people about this all the time - they ask about gaming laptops when they don;t really need a laptop over a desktop. They spend hundreds more for a laptop and sacrifice performance they really wanted.
