  1. NORMALLY CHECK WIRES. SHUT PRINTER FOR ABOUT 2 TO 6 MINS. IF IT'S PRINTING? SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? TRY PRINTING AGAIN IS THE NORMAL THING YOU WILL GET FROM CALLING DELL
  2. Big spots, wee dots ? Not really enough info In any case check you toner cart. Try printing a test page, usually just hold down one of the printer buttons (online or enter usually) for a couple of seconds - if thats OK then its a communications or driver problem.
  3. From my experience it sounds like you are running low on toner ? it could also be a problem with the printer driver too so you might want to reinstall the printer driver just to be sure, hope that helps and good luck.
  4. The Print Head Device (PHD) in the Dell 1320c Color Laser Printer is packaged with eight plastic ribbon-type tapes. Four of these are long tapes covering the actual print drum rollers. The other four are much shorter and cover the toner inlets at the back of each roller. If a tape breaks off and is not fully removed before installing the PHD, it prevents toner from reaching the roller, which can lead to faint printing or blank pages with no printing. http://www.idsketch.com/envelopes-printing.asp
