How do I install an HP Printer G85 Laser Jet without the start up disk?

Can someone install this type of printer without the start up disk? If so, where would I find instructions or another start up disk?

2. Yes downloading from that link is a good option, but Windows has the driver built in already. So it should be as simple as plugging it in. P.S. I have it on Windows XP - working fine (NO CD)
