how do you install hp deskjet 3650 printer??

i have this printer that ive had for a year. it ran out of ink so i stored it . i finally hav ink so i connect it back but it wont work. i tried downloadin drives but they wont download. and i realy need to get work done. can u guys helllp me??????

1. the quickest way to find out if it is our printer or computer is to use devise manager.
2. ok you need to uninstall all files/programs which you got from that printer (programs that got installed by the CD) then insert the CD and Reinstall everything...make sure you have commpletly removed all the files associated with it. to make sure: go to>> start> control panel> add or remove software> then scroll down to your HP printer and uninstall it/ remove it. send me an e-mail if it doesnt work.
