1. GTA 4 you should be fine Crysis you will struggle.
2. Depends on how much you are going to pay for it.everything is nice on that PC like Core i5 750 and 4 GB DDR3 RAM.you can change your video card to HD 5770 for much better performane in CRYSIS and GTA 4.just make sure you get 450 watts Power supply.
