Can the HP smart auto adapter also run off AC power?

The product is here: http://www.shopping.hp.com/product/computer/categories/ac_adapters/1/accessories/ER691AA%2523ABA The picture does not show an AC cable/plug included, but a reviewer mentioned that he used it with 120-volt AC power. If it in fact doesn't include an AC cable, could I just plug the cable from my regular AC adapter into this? Thanks!
