How do i get my HP laptop computer back to default settings?

i have a Hp compaq(if that helps) and it is extemly slow and has alot of viruses and i want to reset it to default settings i tryed pressing F10 when it starts and pressing Restore Defaults but it never restores them i dont know what to do.

1. I am playing with one at the moment and f11 will take it back to factory settings, with original content. Backup all your data? Then again if it is infected maybe not??
2. change all account that no accounts are in computer and don't forget to make new one this will work
3. 1. If you have norton scan your computer. or use windows defender. 2. run disk cleanup delete unnecessary files. 3. Run disk defragmentation 4. check problems and solutions in control panel for any problems. Sounds like your hard drive is almost full.
