- Try downloading the compatible drivers from the HP website, alternatively the drivers may already be incorporated in Windows 7 - but presumably this is something you have already checked
- You can download the printer driver for free on the hp website. Just visit the homepage of HP then search for the printer driver, just choose the operating system that your using (windows 7).
- normally if you plug in the printer into the usb (if its a usb printer!) then the drivers will automatically be downloaded on windows 7. It should say something about them in the bottom right hand corner or the screen when you plug it in. Also check the printer manufacturers website for drivers or there could be a Cd that came with the printer which had the drivers.
- http://www.drivers-updates.net/drivers/printer-drivers-download.html hope this link helps you find the right printer driver and fix the issue. or you can also try this site: http://www.hp-drivers.org/ hope my answer can be of some help. good luck.
- Well there are basically two options. 1.Search far and wide for the drivers on the merchant websites. 2. Download software that will find the right drivers and install them all automatically. I used to do it on my own until I discovered how easy it was to download drivers with driver update software. My favorite program is available at: http://www.driver-update-software.com
