What are some cheap but good digital cameras?

I've been looking at digital cameras. I want one under a $100 and for it to be a good quality. I've been looking on ebay and they seem to have some good ones, but I want to know which ones are best. Thanks! yeah. just for pictures with friends and stuff.

eh, under 100 and good quality is kind of an oxymoron. is this camera gonna be just for like myspace pictures, or just random shots thruought the day? then yea a 100 or less camera will be fine.. look into canon or nokia. stay away from kodak. just go into a department store and look at their cameras, and then after you find one you like, go home and go on ebay or craigslist and buy it from there. youll save hundreds.
Best thing is get a Canon 1100 is point & shoot few penny more & get good pictures, Also look for Canon A590, I have one great pictures at cheap price shipped to your door + no tax + free shipping GO FOR IT
