Where can I find empty ink cartridges for my epson printer?

I am looking for somewhere in Michigan where I can buy empty ink cartridges. I really DO NOT want to purchase of line, I would like to grab and go! HELP! PLEASE!

1. You will have a tough time in Michigan - there is a huge company in Ithaca which pretty much buys them all. I would recommend ebay.
