Do color laster printers print out pictures that look better than inkjet printers?

1. Exactly. No doubt in that. Laser Printers are advanced version of inkjet printer. So it will be of better quality

3. No inkjet does a much much better pictures as inject printers have 3-4X the resolution of a laser.
