I have an HP printer deskjet 5440 - Is it possible to reduce the size of the print when I copy something?

I get this coupon from a local craft store and it's always so large - it wastes a lot of ink - is it possible to make it half the size before printing it. Details on how to?

2. Right-click on it cl Format Picture cl the Size tab or open a document then open the printer check all tabs there might be a button/option for "scaling"
