can i use 1 oem windows 7 ultimate installer disk on 2 same HP laptops?

i have 2 hp laptops, 1st is a windows 7 ultimate oem and the 2nd is a windows 7 starter, can use same oem disk installer on the other laptop so that both of them are running windows 7 ultimate? will I encounter a problem activating the product key?

1. NO.... You can only use 1 the other will show up invalid. You will incur a great many problems if you attempt it.
