How often does Bing have 25% off HP laptops?

How often does bing have 25% off HP laptops? I was building a computer last night, but went to bed before I finished. Now its 15% off. I am already using a coupon that expires on 6/14. So my question is, should I wait for bing to go back up to 25% off or just buy it now at 15% off. Thanks!
