Do all canon digital slr cameras come with color screens on the back?

i mean are there any with out or just black and white?

1. They've always been color. But along these lines, older DSLRs did not have live view; you had to look through the viewfinder to compose and the screen was only for menus and picture review.
2. All Canon DSLR cameras have color LCD displays. If you set your camera to shoot black-and-white, the review display will show the image in black-and-white for those images, but the menus will still be in color.
