my Hp laser jet p1005 prints repeated copies when you want to print out lets say 10 pages it makes 3 copies of?

that so i am left with 20 pages which i don't want. all i have done was bought a 35A toner for it and a message was displayed saying that a Genuine....installed so what seems to be the problem? i need help right now please thank you The number of copies is already 1

1. Start Settings Printers and faxes Right click the printer icon and select printer preferences Click the basics tab Scroll down to copies and change it to 1
