Is it possible to change a laptop fan?

My laptop fan is making a lot of noise and it won't cool the computer. My warranty has expired so I don't mind opening it to replace the fan... the thing is, I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything like a laptop fan for sale... Do they sell these things? Is it possible to change it at home? Btw, my laptop is a HP Pavilion dv6149eu
