USB Print Server with a old brother and HP printers.?

I have a old brother lazer jet HL-1440 and a HP 1210xi all-in-one printer. They both have a USB. Can I use a USB Print Server with the printer. Does it require its own ethernet cable.

1. Yes, you can use a USB print server, but I don't know how you're connecting since you ask about a ethernet cable. Is the USB server connecting to the printer and computer through USB or is one ethernet? If so, where is it connected? If ethernet from server to router and USB server to printers, then one cable should be good. Best of luck.
