How can I put Hp printers on a wireless network?

I have two computers and one of them is running Windows Vista 32-bit and the other one is running Windows Xp, I have them both connected on the same network, but the Vista one has the printer and I put it to printer sharing but the printer does not show up on the XP computer. Is there some sort of a driver I need to install? Just please help me!!!

2. You have to install the printer software on every pc you want to print from also. Simply enabling file and print sharing is only one part of it. The setup of the printer SHOULD ask you if this is a local printer or network printer. Select network printer on every pc thats wireless or wired but not connected directly to the printer, select local on the pc the printer is wired to.
