Can you make a webcam chat with an HP computer that has a built in camera?

I just got a new laptop computer that has a built in camera and I wanted to know if there was a way to make a video chat with the camera. I have an HP computer.

1. yeah you need to install AIM or Skype to be able to chat on your webcam
2. Yes you can, it is exactly the same as using a computer with a camera that is not built in. Try software like MSN messenger, Yahoo messenger, Google talk, or Skype.
3. well you have to install msn or an instant chat program (skype, ebuddy, etc) and then you call the person.
