Copies out of a Dell laser printer, 3115cn, have a gray hue on whole sheet. What can I do to fix that.?

I'm not a techie type, so lots of details would be great. It's a 2.5 yr. old machine and has worked great until now. The text and graphics appear as I expect them to related to color, etc. It's just this gray haze that covers the entire sheet that has me stumped. Thanks!
