What are the best digital cameras for teens ? and what uk shop can I get them ?

I need to buy a camera for a 15 year old, say between 70 and 100 pounds. Something metallic that uses rechargeable batteries. I cant decide, thanks!! P.S. A good way to start i think is with the Samsung NV3 or P1000.
