What is one of the best digital cameras you could by that is under about $150?

I need one that has good quality pictures and video(that has audio). My mom bought me a Vivitar ViviCam 8025 for X-Mas for $60. It isn't even worth 15$. Any way, what you do you think would be a good digital camera to buy?

2. While the Canon SD 1200 is an excellent camera, I think it busts your budget. The Kodak EasyShare M320 is in your budget and is a good camera.
