Is it worth replacing an imaging unit on a Samsung Color Laser printer? (CLX-3160FN)?

My Samsung Color All in One Laser officer printer says that it needs replacing of the imaging unit? Is it worth paying 130$ and doing this, and is it easy enough to do on my own? I would rather not spend 400-500 on a new color printer if this is a good idea. I just don't know if this is the first of many things to go in a sequence, and if this has gone, is other stuff on its way out? Thanks.
