How do I get a deleted Sony digital camera picture back?

I just deleted a picture that I really liked from my Sony digital camera, is there anyway I can get it back!! Thanks for the help! :)

1. No, you can't get it back. In the future, upload your pictures to Adobe Album Starter Free Edition after you take them so you don't lose them.
2. go to yahoo search type photo rescue
3. Not from the camera itself. Had you uploaded it to a computer, you would have had a backup. Our top contributor friend is right. Photo rescue is a good program to use. I would recommend it.
