Where's the best place to get a cheap Sony Digital Camera?

I am looking for a good but cheap Sony Digital Camera (pref new but used is also ok) that will take some basic shots with a high mega pixel count so that I can take take some splendid shots. Specifically I have chosen Sony is because I have seen Digital Cameras which turn out a real good, clear and crisp picture. Something with a good memory card storage would be good too. Any specific Sony Digital Camera you guys recommend?
