HP Store Online

I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s5213w Desktop PC is there any store I can buy a recovery disk from?

I went to the HP website and they no longer have any disks in stock and I need to recovery my computer. Im not able to create any recovery disks either because there is no recovery partition found
