Well, I ordered a DV6T laptop, and after 1 day of use the disk drive stopped working. (was working fine the night before) I was on the phone with technical support for HOURS trying to correct the problem. Eventually the technician told me to take it to a Best Buy and have the Geek Squad take care of the problem, and they assured me that the issue would be easy to resolve. Well, I get there, and they could NOT resolve the problem. The problem was not just the disk drive, it was the whole motherboard. So pretty much the guy from the Geek Squad told me I had a defective laptop, and I would have to sent it back to HP. I am SO frustrated as I spent around $900 for this computer. We shall see what happens in 2 weeks, when I should supposedly be getting it back. Oh! And the technician I was on the phone with was actually arguing with me saying that it was unlikely that my motherboard is defective, when I had already had it diagnosed at a best buy, like HP told me to go do.
