When will I be charged for an order from HP?

If I purchase a configured-to-order computer from HP, with a MasterCard, when will the order cost be charged to my account? Under HP Home & Home Office Store - Terms and Conditions, it says "Order costs will be charged to your account upon acceptance." Does that mean my account will be charged when the item ships?

1. It'll be charged right away. But whether it's timed with the shipment or not, never try to take advantage of any "float" time. Assume that the money will come out of your account the minute you click the OK button.
2. Account will be charged upon acceptance of the order. In other words, if you have sufficient credit to cover the cost of your computer, they will charge it immediately, then they will begin to build and process your order. Otherwise, if would say costs will be charged to your account upon shipment.
