at work i have an HP in the office. there's also a Toshiba and a Compaq in other parts of the store. they are all connected to SBC YAHOO. the HP is connected directly to the router. the security suite expired on it recently. (anit virus, anit spyware, firewall, anti spam) today the HP wouldn't load web pages. not even the home page (yahoo.com) the browser is Mozila FireFox. so i'm wondering why isn't it letting anyone go online? we got a new security suite today. but that's giving problems too. it was an un-sealed package. the internet problem started before installing the software. my dad (boss) thinks something happened when the old software expired. why would the company shut down the internet when we can renew our software online? i figure maybe the cable connecting to router to the computer is bad. or the computer has so much dirt/dust inside its preventing a connection.
