HP Store Online

Is it possible to change the desktop in a HP Mini laptop computer?

I recently got one, and can't seem to make it work. Does any know how to do this appropriately? Thanks! Already tried that, all that comes up is refresh.

1. If it has Win7 Starter Edition, you can't!
2. Did you try to right click, select properties and select desktop?
3. There should be an update to win7 starter that would allow you to change it, but I am not sure, I only have home premium in the house..
