I have a psc 750 hp printer and cant change the langauge?

the language i think is set to german and i need to set it to english. My dad bought it at a garge sale and the owner said it worked just fine but they recieved a new one as a gift. I followed the instructions on hp website to change the language but it doesnt help. I called the customer support but since it is not on warranty they will not help me. I just want to set the lanuage to english!

1. This is out of the User's Manual: "The following steps help you change the language for your unit. To do this using the front panel 1. Press Menu. 2. Press right arrow (three presses) until Maintenance appears, and then press Enter. 3. Press right arrow (four presses) until Set Language and Country appears, and then press Enter. 4. Press right arrow until the desired language appears, and then press Start Copy, Black or Color. 5. Press Start Copy, Black or Color to confirm. A prompt displays asking to select the country where your HP PSC will be used. Specifying the country sets your photo sizes applicable for your region. 6. Press right arrow until desired country displays, and then press Start Copy, Black or Color. 7. Press Start Copy, Black or Color to confirm." Hope that helps.
