hp designjet 500 plotter maximum print length?

i'm using an hp designjet 500 plotter, the problem is that the maximum length of printing for a single document is 1.3m; how can i adjust it so that the document is entirely printed, in its total length, with just a single cut when it's done? even if i select a custom paper size, if i exceed 1.3m it will prompt me that "the size is either too big or too small". maybe it has something to do with disabling the automatic cutter?

1. It sounds like you have selected that size in the settings, read them again as I'm pretty sure the length is a lot more then that.
2. Set up a custom paper size.
