Cheap digital cameras with skin smoothing?

Some cameras I've seen have a setting were you can make the skin appear "perfect" what are good cameras with that setting?! ones that i could purchase at like walmart or best buy or something

1. Wow, what will they think of next ... ? My guess it that cameras with smile and face recognition and this new "makeup in the camera" feature will be in the over $300 range for now. give it a year or so and all cameras will have that feature, whether we need it or not.
