What is the best digital cameras for under $75?

I would really like to have a digital camera for school this year. I just want it to take pictures of events and my friends, so it just needs to be pretty decent quality. I would prefer something closer to $50, but I'm willing to spend $75 if it is truly worth it.

Go to your local Best Buy and try out their cameras, find one you like, then look for it used online. If you can't find it, ask a manager at the store if there are any used/returned cameras being sold for cheap.
