HP Store Online

I got a brand new Toshiba laptop and a HP 8000 wireless printer. But it wont print.?

I installed the drivers off the internet. The router and the wireless printer are connected because we use other laptops on it. Keep in mind it is Windows 7 we have never used this on the printer can anyone help?

1. if you buy a new laptop and a new printer then the individual drivers should be in the boxes they came in loading off the internet for drivers for new equipment is a no no if the driver disks are there then perhaps they havenot got the propper drivers yet
2. Did you install the drivers for the printer? Even if hte printer is on wireless.. it is ttoally useless unless you install the drivers for hte printer on each computer that uses it. It doesn't matter if it is Windows 7 or not.
