Help fixing HP wireless printer?

I have an HP wireless printer which I just bought last month. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9364895&type=product&id=1218091960009 its that one. I have an HP laptop and a Dell desktop. When i print from my desktop, it prints. When i try to print from my laptop though, it doesn't print. I've used it before from my laptop and it worked well but recently it hasn't been working. Both the desktop and the printer were turned on. How can I fix it? My internet connection on the desktop isn't working either, no clue why. Does it have anything to do with that? first answerer: Your WiFi adapter on the desktop is either switched off or is not working. Check whether its working first. how do i do that?

  1. Your WiFi adapter on the desktop is either switched off or is not working. Check whether its working first.
  2. best bet would be to re-run the setup cd that came with the wifi adapter(s), if you still have a problem after that, then run the diagnostic utility that was installed as part of the wifi adapter setup to determine if the adapter is indeed bad. Windows OS also has a network diagnostic utility that may be useful. you'll find it under control panel / network connections or sharing / diagnostics.
