How to print envelopes on a HP printer c309 photo smart prem.?

I have a greeting card program Hallmark,they cannot give me the answer. Hp say's it is the card program. Tried every set up for envelopes. Every thing else works fine.

1. You can use a Word Processor to write the envelopes. Microsoft Word and Open Office Writer both have the facility to do this.
