Which brand name printers does work with Ubuntu?

I need a printer that Ubuntu can easily identify with and/or without drivers. Simple as that. And it doesn't necessary have to be a color printer. I'll be happy with just black ink!

1. Most companied, except dell put out printers which are compatible with Linux, however compatibility is model specific. Just look for the penguin on the box.
