can't install my hp laser jet P2015 printer on my computer with windows vista basic.?

the installatioin process is halted due to an error that the program cannot be run as an administrator. how can i get to install my printer.

If you have the admin. password, change it in Control Panel > Administrator, make yourself or nobody the admin., and make a passord that you cannot forget, like your name spelled backwards, and add a number for security. Clean the Registry with a downloaded program (free if you can find one). If your comp. is a home comp., an admin is not necessary. It is intended for a public comp. as in a school or a public library. Designating an admin. is adding to possible problems that you can do without. ;-)
sounds like the issue is compatibility with Vista. Go to HP's website & see if they have a driver for Vista.
