After i downloaded HP printer drivers, my startup time got lot longer?

It didn't really get slower. But the little icons on the bottom right of the screen load slower now. Like the internet says its not connected but it is. It takes like 1 minute longer now for it to load Avast Antivirus. I disabled HP at startup but it still does it. What should i do?

1. HP loads a lot... A ton, in fact. You probably missed a lot of stuff to turn off for start up. Good luck.
