Is there a recycling company for digital cameras and camcorders?

I have 2 digital cameras and 2 camcorders that are not operating - minor problems (no warranty), do I just throw them out?

2. People that recondition electronic equipment will purchase non-functional cameras and camcorders on eBay. So get paid to recycle! WK
