What are the best rechargable batteries for a Kodak digital camera?

I have a Kodak Easyshare digital camera, 9.2 mega pixels. I have only had it for about a week and have been using normal alkaline AA batteries. They burn out super quickly! About rechargable batteries, can you tell me more about them? Like how much they are, how much money the chargers are, etc.? thanks!
