I have a dell laser printer. I want to print up a single greeting card. Printer is not lined up properly?

It's a custom size. I was told that Microsoft would have to configure the size. Is that true?

1. Printer has nothing to do with the alignment, it's Word or whatever you're using that YOU have to align. It's not automatic, it something you have to setup. Be sure to run a test page before attempting to print the card.
