Xerox Color Phaser is stuck on "Diagnosing..." Is there a way to reset it to to know what part is out?
Had a lightening storm and the next morning the printer is stuck on "Diagnosing..." Tried everything but as soon as the printer starts up it's back to that error. Is there a way to reset the printer or to figure out which part we can replace without calling Xerox?

- Maybe, but would need to know the model that you have to be of any assistance. Most likely it's going to be the main electronics controller that will need replacing, but without the exact model it's hard to say.
