LG KS 360 phone and bluetooth queries?

I just purchased an LG KS 360 slider phone and i realized that i wasn't able to accept in files through bluetooth, however i am able to send it out. When i went to check support on the phone on LG website in a Singapore site, i can't seem to find this particular handphone model. Why is it that this phone is not listed at all? And how do i get my hp to accept bluetooth file transfer from laptop and other mobile devices. DO NOTE: My phone visibility is on and i can send out files via bluetooth but not vice versa. Thanks

1. first bad phone second this is why it isnt working third buy a new one fourth if you like this one you have bad taste:)
2. you have a faulty phone, take it back, it should have a warranty. they will send it off to get it fixed or simply exchange it. thats what i did anyway. good luck
3. hey, i no the feeling i have that phone and i begun to get really annoyed with all the different folders. but i think its because that when i am using my micro sd card i insert that and put all my music on through that buying them off amazon mp3's but the phone dosen't have a lot of memory on it any way so my advice would be to buy a micro sd card and then just use the preset folder for sounds as on my phone my preset music folder is faulty x if the phone dosent work then my advice would be send it back ! im thinking of sending mine back as it keeps turning its self off and having a slow start up time so ... i hope i helped x
