1. You would need to buy a wireless print server, hook that to the printer.
2. No it cannot print wireless on its own. Like the answerer above said you will need to buy a wireless print server or you can buy what's called a wireless "ethernet bridge." I just had to buy one of these for my mother's printer. The cheapest one I could find is the Netgear WGPS606. It is both a wireless USB print server and ethernet bridge. It works great through the ethernet port- I didn't try the USB part but you don't need to use the USB. If you search ebay they are about $35-$40. They do require some wireless know how to configure so find someone to help if you need to.
