PLEASE HELP! I wish to install my wireless hp printer without the Heaps of unnecessary software the install di?

Hi, Please my computer is slow as it is. I bought a new hp wireless printer. But when this printer was connected to one of the machines, the install disc (has no custom install option) would install 13 unwanted stupid and silly softwares that I DO NOT WANT. I only need the necessary drivers for my laptop. Its a very old laptop (has wireless and win XP and enough memory), but the damn printer has tons of crap with its install disc. Can somebody please help me with few good instructions how to install the printer without all the crap. I THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kindness. My printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 A909g
