I would buy the dell 4150 its an old computer but it has floppy and CD in the same thing.
Floppy drives are kind of 'out' these days, so you'd struggle to find a 'new' laptop with a floppy drive in it. You can buy USB external floppy drives for a little cash though, which would probably be as easy as any other solution for you. One thing though - any particular reason you want HP? you can probably save quite a bit of cash if you weren't so bothered about the brand you see.
